Natview Foundation for Technology Innovation (NFTI) is a non-profit organization inspired by the potential to use of technology to contribute to the evolution of policy tracking, monitoring and evaluation (M&E) across the social sectors of Health,Education and Agriculture in Nigeria and across the West African sub-region for social good.The foundation aims to provide innovators across the public sector and the social development space with platforms for experimenting and using the power of technology to confront real-world challenges and policy issues by providing exciting ways to generate data for decision making.
As part of the activities for implementing a data lab project especially for the Kaduna Bureau of Statistics which is geared towards identifying performance “pain points” within an input to outcome continuum in the Health sector that provides a results framework for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), NFTI is seeking the services of an experienced subject matter expert (SME) in public health policy and administration to support it in driving performance tracking and data alignments between the KDBS and stakeholders within the Health system in Kaduna.
The SME expert on Health will work under the direct supervision of the Director, working with the Programme Coordinator and M&E officer to support the Technical Working Group (TWG) on Stakeholder Advocacy in identifying performance pain points and designing a results framework for mapping health data requirements to support public policy and decision making. The SME expert is expected to perform this advisory role as part of the TWGs over a period of 3 months which is subject to extension
