Natview Foundation for Technology Innovation (NFTI) is excited to announce a new partnership with the British Council, joining their global network of professionals committed to supporting youth development and social transformation. This collaboration is focused on the Non-Formal Education (NFE) portfolio in Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA), where NFTI will play a key role in tackling critical issues affecting young people’s lives.
With a shared vision for empowering the next generation of leaders, the partnership aims to address some of the most pressing challenges faced by youth today, including climate change, conflict and stability, employability, and social disconnection. Through targeted support and resources, both organizations seek to create pathways for youth to overcome these obstacles and contribute to the development of more resilient, inclusive communities.
The NFE programme, part of the British Council’s wider cultural engagement efforts in SSA, has been rebranded to focus on youth between the ages of 18 and 35. Focusing on areas like employability, peacebuilding, and climate action, the partnership aims to provide young people with the tools they need to build resilience and create meaningful change in their communities.
This collaboration marks the beginning of an exciting journey to impact the lives of thousands of young people across the region. NFTI looks forward to working closely with the British Council to ensure that youth in Sub-Saharan Africa have the support they need to navigate and thrive in an increasingly complex world.
