The 2024/2025 Click-On Kaduna Data Science Fellowship Programme (DSFP 4.0) has successfully concluded the interview phase, marking the final step in the selection process for this year’s cohort. A total of 190 candidates, who had advanced to Stage 4, participated in the intensive interview sessions held from August 14th to August 19th, 2024.
The interviews were conducted, with 38 candidates interviewed each day. This phase served as the final assessment to determine which candidates would be selected for the prestigious fellowship. The panel of interviewers, comprising experienced professionals and data science experts, carefully evaluated each candidate’s technical proficiency, problem-solving abilities, and overall potential to contribute meaningfully to the field of data science in Kaduna State.
The 190 candidates who reached this stage represented a broad spectrum of backgrounds, including recent graduates, civil servants, and young professionals from across the state. With the interview phase now complete, the selection committee has finalized the list of successful candidates who will be invited to join the DSFP 4.0 cohort. The selected fellows will embark on a transformative journey beginning on September 2nd, 2024, where they will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and practical experience in data science and AI to assist the state in revolutionizing data for evidence-based policymaking.
