As part of the innovative approach to extending the use of big data, the Kaduna State Government in partnership with the Kaduna State Bureau of Statistics, the Gates Foundation, and the Natview Foundation have launched the Citizen Perception Survey on Service Delivery across Primary Health Care Centers.
The Citizen Perception Survey on Telepolling provides an opportunity to track the sentiments of citizens on the accessibility of primary health care facilities in the state. The survey will also provide information on other quality and delivery service issues relating to the primary health facility as the first point of contact in engaging the health system.
The call center was launched by the Hon. Comm. for the Planning and Budget Commission, Hajia Umma Aboki on behalf of the Kaduna State Government.
