We are excited to announce the launch of The Social Good Podcast by NFTI, an inspiring new audio platform that brings powerful conversations around how data is being used to drive meaningful, positive social change in Africa. The podcast will serve as a space where we connect our mission with the people it serves and the experts behind our programs, bringing stories of real impact to life.
Each episode will feature honest, thoughtful conversations with the people behind the data, project leads, community voices, policy influencers, and development partners, sharing how data is helping to solve real problems, from maternal health to youth empowerment, gender inclusion, and more.
Listeners can look forward to behind-the-scenes insights into landmark NFTI projects such as the Longitudinal Study, the Click-On Kaduna Data Science Fellowship, and GeoSt4R; conversations with NFTI Data Champions; and young leaders using innovation to solve local challenges. We will also discuss using evidence to inform better healthcare systems, digital inclusion, and service delivery. Finally, there’ll be honest reflections on what works, what doesn’t, and why staying data-informed is essential for sustainable development.
The podcast aligns with NFTI’s broader vision: to be a catalyst for progress by building communities of practice, strengthening data ecosystems, and enabling governments, institutions, and citizens to act on evidence.
We invite you to tune in, subscribe, and join us as we amplify the voices shaping Africa’s data revolution. The Social Good Podcast is available now on Spotify, with new episodes airing monthly.
