Natview Foundation For Technology Innovation (NFTI) is an non profit organization inspired by the potential to use of technology to contribute to the evolution of policy performance tracking, monitoring and evaluation (M&E) in the Social sectors in Nigeria and across West African. The foundation aims to provide innovators across Governments and Organizations with platforms for experimenting and harnessing the use of the power of technology to confront real-world challenges and policy issues especially in Education, Agriculture & Healthcare by providing exciting ways to generate data for decision making. NFTI hopes to create knowledge based ecosystem using Data Science, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning to solve social policy issues in Health, Education & Agric; creating and empowering a new generation of digital skillful youth who can take advantage of the digital economy for the 21st century in our identified domain. NFTI intends to invest on skillsets and human capacity development by providing a one stop center for study, analysis and research on the latest trends and methods that align technology with performance evaluation as a growing field of study.

We see ourselves as a non profit outfit supporting organizations in the work of public policy and development spheres through our requisite experience in data science and evaluation practices so as to continuously support in causes we believe in; which we hope will bring improvements around strategic policy making and data use for positive outcomes. We want to advance the uplifting of a segment of the population: youthful demography, who use technology to contribute to solution building, policy making and lasting positive changes. Our vision is to operate as intermediaries among citizens, research organization, cities and regions to collect, analyze and interpret social based data that can be spurn new areas of innovation and co collaboration among various ecosystems leading to better understanding and insights of data driving decision making across communities and societies especially on core tropical issues like Maternal Mortality, Strengthening of Primary Healthcare Systems, Integrating Rural Farmers to Formal economy etc

  1. We see ourselves as non profit outfit, supporting Governments’ and International development partners with requisite expertise on data science and evaluation practices so as to improve public policy planning and better outcomes in Health, Agriculture & Education.
  2. Provide human capacity development programmes targeted at creating digital relevant skills across finding civic tech solutions to social issues especially health, education and agricultural sectors. Also promote the use of ICT M&E to address development challenges and build local talent that can use technology to support future data analytics and use of technology for performance monitoring and evaluation of projects, programmes and policy.
  3. Contribute to the standardization of evaluation practice in the country with an eye on using ICT methods for data collection, analysis and assessment using acceptable evaluation standards
  4. Create potential for new sets of digital jobs that deal with providing solutions to critical day to day issues in Nigeria & Africa on issues like poverty, corruption and incidences of poor access to education and health sectors.
  5. Create a tecnological innovation grant to support in building sustainable and cheap technology that can improve the outcomes around social outcomes while promoting the creation of informal and semi formal markets that create opportunities for entrepreneurship, crowd sourcing and deep learning accross all social sectors.
