The November Digest provides our first update on activities done over the period of November 2018:
In preparation of the Data Lab Project, a third tranche of procurement based on counterpart funding from Kaduna was concluded, with 39 computers, equipped with necessary software given to the Kaduna State Planning and Budget Commission to enhance productivity of staff. NFTI team attended the annual Nigerian BMGF partners meeting which took place from 27th to 30th November 2018. The meeting was aimed at considering new ways of working together, creating opportunities to share information, learn from each other, foster transparency and also understand strategies in engaging stakeholders in the country.
A draft building plan for the data Lab structure has been developed for the state’s approval, and the terms of reference (TOR) for the engagement of subject matter expert (SME) in health has been finalized.
